Custom Veterinary Care is a House Call practice serving the Far North Chicago area. I provide pet healthcare services in your home.

Home pet care is great for families with multiple pets, pet owners who have difficulty transporting their pets to the veterinary clinic, or older pets who physically have trouble getting in and out of a car. It also gives me a chance to see your pet in their home environment which can be key in properly diagnosing certain health and behavior problems. I can provide annual wellness care, diagnostic care, and end of life care.

For problems that require anesthesia, surgery or x-rays, I will pick up your pet, take it to my veterinary hospital, then bring them home. I can be reached by phone, text, and email
